By purchasing and using Drive Downloads Pro (hereinafter, the “Software”), you agree to the terms of this License Agreement.
If you do not agree with these terms, you must not install, activate, or use the Software.

1. Ownership of the Software

The Software is the exclusive property of Drive Downloads Pro.
The purchase of a license grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it, but does not imply the transfer of any intellectual property rights
or any rights over the source code, design, or brand.

2. License types

Each Drive Downloads Pro license is linked to a unique key (“license key”) and to a maximum number of sites where it can be activated.

The following license types are currently offered:

  • 1-site license
    Use of the Software on a single website (one domain, including related subdomains).
  • 5-site license
    Use of the Software on up to five (5) websites.
  • Unlimited license
    Use of the Software on an unlimited number of websites under your control or that of your company/business.

The allowed number of sites is controlled through the license key activation system.
If the site limit is reached, you will need to deactivate the license on an existing site or purchase additional licenses.

3. License duration

  • Licenses may be:
    • One-time payment with updates and support for a limited period (for example, 1 year of updates and support), or
    • Lifetime, if this is expressly indicated at the time of purchase.
  • The license validity period will be shown:
    • In the purchase email,
    • In the customer area on the website,
    • And/or in the plugin itself when you enter the license key.

When a license expires:

  • The plugin may continue to work in its current state, but:
    • You will no longer receive updates (new features, compatibility with future versions of WordPress/WooCommerce, etc.),
    • You will no longer have access to priority technical support,
    • Drive Downloads Pro may display expired license notices inside the admin dashboard.

4. License activation

To benefit from automatic updates and support, you must:

  1. Install and activate the plugin on your WordPress site.
  2. Enter the license key on the Drive Downloads Pro settings page.
  3. Make sure your site has an Internet connection so the system can validate the license with our server.

The system:

  • Verifies that the key is valid.
  • Checks that the site limit has not been exceeded.
  • Registers the domain/URL of the site associated with the license.

Drive Downloads Pro does not store sensitive content from your site, only the data needed for license validation
(domain and minimal technical data).

5. Permitted use

You are allowed to:

  1. Use the Software on the websites covered by your license.
  2. Modify the code for internal use in your own projects.
  3. Install it on client sites provided that:
    • The license allows it (for example, an unlimited/agency license), and
    • You remain responsible for that license.

If you modify the code, you are solely responsible for maintaining those modifications, their compatibility,
and their security.

6. Prohibited use

You are not allowed, under any circumstances, to:

  1. Share, resell, rent, lend, or give away the license key to third parties who have not purchased the product.
  2. Resell the plugin “as is” as if it were your own, or include it in download packs or memberships without our prior written authorization.
  3. Publish the license key or the plugin in public repositories, forums, download groups, or any mass distribution channel.
  4. Attempt to bypass or disable the license validation system, obfuscation, or any protection of the Software.
  5. Use the Software to carry out illegal activities, mass spam sending, distribution of unauthorized content,
    or any action that breaches the policies of Google Drive, WooCommerce, WordPress, or applicable law.

Failure to comply with these terms may result in:

  • Immediate cancellation of the license, without the right to a refund.
  • Technical blocking of the key in our system.
  • Legal action where appropriate.

7. Updates

While the license is valid:

  • You will have access to plugin updates, which may include:
    • Performance improvements,
    • New features,
    • Bug fixes,
    • Security adjustments,
    • Compatibility with new versions of WordPress/WooCommerce.

Updates are usually delivered through the WordPress plugins screen, as long as the license is active
and correctly validated on your site.

8. Technical support

During the license validity period, technical support is included for:

  • Issues installing and activating the plugin,
  • Questions about how the built-in options work,
  • Reproducible errors directly related to the plugin.

Support is provided exclusively through the official channels indicated on the website
(for example, the support form inside the customer area or a dedicated support email).

Support does not include:

  • Custom development,
  • Advanced code customizations,
  • Specific integrations beyond the scope of the plugin,
  • Issues caused by other plugins, themes, or server configurations.

9. Warranty and liability

Although we strive to offer a stable and secure product, the Software is provided “as is”,
without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

In particular:

  • We do not guarantee that the Software will be compatible with all themes, plugins, or server configurations.
  • We are not responsible for data loss, service interruptions, performance issues, or indirect damages
    arising from the use or inability to use the plugin.

You are responsible for:

  • Making regular backups of your website.
  • Testing new plugin versions in a staging environment when necessary.
  • Keeping WordPress, WooCommerce, your theme, and the rest of your plugins up to date.

In any case, the total liability of Drive Downloads Pro to you will not exceed, under any circumstances,
the total amount paid for the Software license.

10. Changes to this license

We may update these license terms when necessary (for example, to adapt them to legal changes
or to new plugin features).

  • In the event of significant changes, we will notify you via:
    • A notice on our website,
    • And/or notifications within the plugin or by email.

Continued use of the Software after the publication of changes will imply that you accept
the new version of the license.

11. License cancellation

We may suspend or cancel a license, without prior notice, if:

  • Fraudulent or abusive use of the key is detected,
  • The plugin or license is distributed without authorization,
  • These terms are seriously breached.

In case of cancellation due to breach of these terms, no fees already paid will be refunded.
