By making a purchase on the Website, you expressly agree to this Refund Policy.


1. Nature of the product

The products sold on this Website are digital products, including but not limited to:

  • Drive Downloads Pro plugin for WordPress/WooCommerce.

  • Usage licenses (1 site, 5 sites, unlimited, etc.).

  • Access to digital downloads, updates, and technical support during the contracted period.

Once payment has been completed, the product is considered delivered when:

  • The license has been generated and displayed, and/or

  • The access/download information has been sent by email.


2. Right of withdrawal for digital products

In many legal systems, the right of withdrawal or cancellation may not apply or be limited when it comes to:

  • Digital content supplied in non-tangible form.

  • Once the provision has started with the user’s prior consent.

  • The plugin and license are delivered immediately.

4. Cases in which we may consider a refund

a) Duplicate purchase by mistake

  • You have made more than one payment for the same product/license.

  • In this case, we may refund the amount of the duplicate purchases, keeping only one active license.

b) Technical issues attributable to the plugin

  • The plugin does not work in your installation despite having followed the recommended configuration and after having received technical support.

  • You must allow us to attempt to diagnose and resolve the issue (requests for information, reviews, updates, etc.).

  • If, after a reasonable period, we are unable to provide you with a solution or viable alternative, we may consider a refund.

c) Fraudulent or unauthorized charge

  • If we detect that the payment was made with a payment method used fraudulently or without authorization, we may cancel the license and coordinate the refund according to the procedures of the payment gateway used (for example, Stripe).

In all cases, each request will be evaluated individually, and we may request additional information or evidence (screenshots, logs, etc.) to analyze the situation.


5. Cases in which refunds are not issued

Refunds will not be granted in the following situations, among others:
